Great news! More than 50,000 enrolled schools and 200,000 registered students are getting healthy with Fuel Up to Play 60!
By registering online, students get their own Personal Tracker where they can drag and drop their healthy eating and physical activities each day. Tracking is a great way to keep wellness top-of-mind. Student registration is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. Register!
Even if your school is enrolled, students must register to track their points. To register, students go to FuelUpToPlay60.com, click on the Student Registration tab, then enter a self-selected user name and password.
2. Take the Pledge!
Once students register, they write a personal wellness pledge that confirms their commitment to making themselves and their school healthier.
3. Track!
Registered? Pledged? Great! Next, students go to their Personal Tracker, where they track healthy behaviors including eating nutrient-rich foods and being active for 60 minutes a day. As students track, they earn points on their personal Scoreboard. (If students don't have daily access to a computer, they can keep track of their points with this Paper Tracker and then enter their points online once a week.) The first phase of the National Competition ends this month, but there's still time to get your students registered for phase two, which starts February 1.
